1. Personal projects, not professional advice
All products and content on asadov-stack.netlify.app and its linked apps (ModelUp, MortWise, RoofSolar, PolyMind, DishRoll, StoryRoute, SpotOn WC26, uVidNova) are personal projects built and operated by Samir Asadov as an individual.
They are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any employer, past or present. Nothing here constitutes financial, investment, mortgage, tax, or legal advice.
2. No advice; estimates only
All tool outputs — mortgage repayment calculations, solar payback projections, financial models, prediction-market signals, meal plans, and travel routes — are estimates for informational purposes only. They do not represent professional advice, guaranteed outcomes, or a commitment of any kind.
Always verify outputs independently and consult a qualified professional before making financial, legal or health decisions.
3. Prediction markets (PolyMind)
PolyMind provides information about prediction markets. Prediction markets carry risk of loss. Past market behaviour is not a reliable indicator of future results. Nothing on PolyMind is a recommendation to buy or sell contracts.
4. Mortgage and real estate (MortWise)
MortWise calculates repayment estimates based on user inputs. Results are illustrative only. Actual loan terms depend on lender assessments, credit history, legal jurisdiction and many other factors not modelled by the tool. Do not make mortgage decisions based solely on these estimates.
5. Solar and energy (RoofSolar)
RoofSolar provides payback and cash-flow estimates based on user-supplied inputs and publicly available data. Actual savings depend on local tariffs, equipment performance, installation costs, grid policy and other variables. These are projections, not guarantees.
6. Financial modelling (ModelUp)
ModelUp generates financial models from user descriptions. These models are illustrative analytical tools. They do not constitute investment advice, audited accounts, or a basis for investor commitment. Pro features are currently free during early access; terms may change.
7. uVidNova (non-profit reconstruction atlas)
uVidNova documents estimated reconstruction costs for assets in Ukraine based on publicly available sources including World Bank RDNA3 and KSE methodology. Coverage is limited to assets currently included in the atlas. Cost estimates are not quotes, guarantees or transaction-level due diligence.
8. Intellectual property
App names, logos and site design are the property of Samir Asadov. Third-party trademarks mentioned (e.g. Polymarket, Netlify, Stripe) belong to their respective owners.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Samir Asadov disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, any content or tool output on this site or its linked apps.
